RemoteApply is RemoteLender’s integrated point-of-sale (POS) system harnessing the technology developed by Lending Manager, the premier provider of advanced integration technology to the lending industry.

RemoteApply is a complete POS that offer lenders customized, branded websites for corporate, branches and loan officers; direct import of loan applications into RemoteLender; a client portal for loan status, document upload and messaging center; a lender intranet for centralized discussions, files and directories; a marketing portal that generates branded marketing materials; mortgage calculators; lead capturing tools; online payment acceptance capabilities; and comprehensive reporting sets.


RemoteApply provides lenders with the ability to create and brand their home or company website, including the branches. Colors and logos can be added to unify the appearance in concert with marketing strategy. Broker websites can not only can be branded, but personalized as well, providing both broker and user with the tools they need to expedite the lending process. Take a short application or an entire 1003 via the web.

RemoteApply also allows lenders to create an intranet for communicating with loan officers and employees. They can share files as well and keep contact information in an easy-to-find and update location.

Data Flows Directly into RemoteLender

Data captured via RemoteApply is automatically incorporated into the loan record within RemoteLender. No rekeying or manual process is necessary. This helps speed the loan along while reducing the opportunity for errors.

RemoteApply’s Client Portal allows borrowers the ability to get updates in real time via the web or by phone. They can also upload key documents using the portal and they can receive pertinent messages from the lender.

Portal for Marketing

The Marketing Portal found in RemoteApply provides an access point for tools and materials for loan officers, brokers and the like. This easy-to-use feature keeps everyone current with the latest loan programs and special offers and supplies them with the latest fliers, emails and related materials.

Lead Capture Tools

RemoteApply also provides tools to help loan officers and brokers to capture leads from across their websites and turn them into borrowers!

Accept Online Payments

RemoteApply allows for the submission of payments. The portal allows for the acceptance of credit cards and electronic checks for fees, deposits, etc.

Reporting in Real Time

RemoteApply offers extensive reporting capabilities that provide snapshots of activity relating to the portal. Stock reports sets include Loan Applications by website, branch, referral source, loan type and loan status; Website Activity including contacts, documents and leads by website, type and status, as well as payments by status and web card referrals; various Marketing Portal Activities reports; and Administration reports including email delivery status and employee logins.
